Please ensure you read and fully understand our Terms and Conditions before proceeding to purchasing any product or service from Till Supplies Direct.

By placing an order, you are agreeing an acceptance by yourself of these terms and conditions.

 

Online Ordering Contract

  1. When placing an order with Till Supplies Direct you are entering in to a contract between yourself (the buyer) and Till Supplies Direct (the supplier).
  2. On placement of the order, you will receive an emailed confirmation of purchase from Till Supplies Direct confirming the order has been received, accepted and ready to be   processed ready for dispatch of goods.
  3. In the unlikely event that the product you have ordered is no longer available or out of stock we will email you to advise this and either:

 

  •           Make a full refund

Or 

  •           Offer a like for like product as an alternative

 

         Every effort is made by Till Supplies Direct to fulfil every order placed.

  1. We make every possible effort to ensure that all information in relation to the description of goods and its suitability to be used in accordance with the related machine/s is correct to the best of our knowledge.
  2.  This contract is covered by English law.
  3.  By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy and the terms of website use.

 

Online Ordering – Placing the order

  1. Using our website, you can place an order by the selecting the product/s you require and adding them to your basket. You can modify your order by adding or removing items at any time before completing the order confirmation at the checkout.
  2. You can also order direct via the telephone numbers shown on the website.
  3. All carriage charges will be shown at point of sale (A full list of these can be seen on the website)
  4. Any promotional offer codes as shown in each product description, where applicable, must be entered where asked at the checkout. No promotional discounts or other offer will be offered after purchase has been made
  5.  All goods will need to be paid for in full at the time of ordering.
  6. We use secure payment facilities for all online purchases.
  7. You can pay for your order using all major Credit & Debit Cards or PayPal and payment will be debited from your account at point of purchase and before any goods are dispatched to you. We will take all reasonable care to protect your details and to keep then secure however, accept through negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any unauthorised access of your data through a third party
  8. All prices shown on our website are in UK pounds and do not include VAT. Value Added Tax at the current rate will be added once you go through to checkout.

 

Dispatch of Goods

  1. Any Goods ordered will normally before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched next day.
  2. Standard delivery is to the UK Mainland and any orders placed where the delivery address is outside of this including the Highlands and islands will incur additional costs for delivery.
  3. All goods ordered will be delivered to the address specified on your order at point of sale. Till Supplies Direct will not be held responsible if you are not available to accept delivery of goods which would normally be between 9:00am and 6:00pm Monday-Friday. 
  4. Till Supplies Direct will not accept responsibility for loss or damage (in full or part of) if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended or outside of a premises.
  5. We reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery if a change of delivery address is made once the goods have been dispatched to you.
  6. All goods must be checked on delivery - any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or to us within a reasonable time.
  7. If any of the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly so we can take action to rectify the situation.
  8. If you have any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order you must notify us of these.
  9. Should a product be returned through “non-Delivery” a refund will be given minus any charges Till Supplies Direct incur from the courier company.

 

Force Majeure

  1. For reasons beyond our control, we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will endeavour to undertake all possible actions to ensure delivery of goods in the timeframe agreed however will not take responsibility for reasons beyond our control.

 

Cancellation and Returns Policy

  1. All orders placed are done so by you (the buyer) and as such we do not accept any cancellation of goods ordered unless they are damaged on delivery or we cannot make a replacement available.
  2. If an order is placed in error, then you will be responsible for all costs incurred in returning these goods and once received, we will make a refund in full excepting where goods are damaged or only part returned in which case, we will not offer a refund of payment.
  3. If we have incorrectly dispatched an order that is different to the order placed then we will pay for the return of the goods and reship the correct items or refund you in full.
  4. If there is a problem with the goods you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt via email or phone. We will not be held responsible for any faulty or damaged goods after this time.

 

Guarantee

  1. Till Supplies Direct makes every effort to ensure the products they supply are of the highest quality. If, however, you are dissatisfied with the product we will take corrective action to rectify the problem. 

 

Data Protection

  1. Till Supplies Direct will not pass on your information on to any 3 Party for any kind of marketing purpose. We will however keep your details on our customer database and you may, from time to time, receive promotional offers in relation to the products or services we supply.
