Cancellation and Returns Policy

All orders placed are done so by you (the buyer) and as such we do not accept any cancellation of goods ordered unless they are damaged on delivery or we cannot make a replacement available.

If an order is placed in error, then you will be responsible for all costs incurred in returning these goods and once received, we will make a refund in full except where goods are damaged or only part returned in which case, we will not offer a refund of payment.

If we have incorrectly dispatched an order that is different to the order placed then we will pay for the return of the goods and reship the correct items or refund you in full.

If there is a problem with the goods you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt via email or phone providing the full order details. We will not be held responsible for any faulty or damaged goods after this time.
